Watching Hugh eat lunch is hilarious! He has so many funny faces. If I don't watch him eat he will get all sad and cry. As soon as I look at him he starts to laugh. David and I find it pretty entertaining.

Hugh gets so messy while eating. He throws his food all over the kitchen and the living room. But I think he looks so cute while doing it so I don't mind cleaning it all up. David refuses to help me clean it up because he doesn't understand why I let him do it. Babies are babies they need to have fun too! I have learned to lay down news paper which helps a lot!
Dad keeps telling me I need to post on here everyday. I'm afraid I would bore you all if I did. Writing about Hugh isn't exactly exciting either,(to those who don't even know him, but I'm sure mom, dad, and Kim appreciate it, maybe.) but this is what I do everyday. Lately this is really all I have been doing. I haven't been to the beach in a couple of weeks. I'm going to lose my tan! Watching two one year olds is quite challenging at times. David came with me and the little boys to the park today and he asked "how do you watch them both by yourself?" Which I have no idea how i do it sometimes. I think today they were just being crazy. They both were all over the place and we were chasing them every where. David was in charge of Hugh, and well Hugh fell and bit his lip so he was bleeding everywhere and David was just like UHHHHHHHH I didn't do it I swear! hahaha. I was like David kids fall and get hurt its ok, just check his mouth and make sure he is fine. I think the blood made it look worse then what it really was so it scared David.

What I do......

This is what I get to do almost everyday!




And let me tell you how bad I sweat! Look at how hot and red these boys get! But they love to be outside, which is nice because they play, play, play, and then take a nice long nap. And then wake up and are ready to play more. Children are like batteries, they sleep/recharge and then they are off again until time to charge.
I've really loved watching these two boys. I have been watching Hugh since he was 5 months. He is now 15 months and we just love this boy so much!

Besides watching these boys, I have been playing basketball, volleyball, going to the beach, hitting up the gym as much as possible, and making Halloween crafts!
I must say I do have it pretty easy! I love my life!

The past week or so!

So David has been super busy with school, basketball, volleyball, water polo, surfing, scuba diving, and the stock market; that I don't even know how I see him! I have been playing basketball as well on the girls team and he usually can make it to the end of my game, because he has water polo. I keep telling him he needs to take a break. One day he had so much going on he came home at 11:00 pm and started his homework. He forgot that he had to have his PowerPoint done by the next day, plus do all his homework. He asked me to stay up with him so he wouldn't fall asleep. Well I made it until 12:30 and went to bed. I woke up at 4:00am to find David still doing homework. I woke up at 6:00am to find him finishing up his homework. He went to bed from 6:00am till 7:00am got up took a shower then had class at 8:00am. He went to school until 1:00pm then came home ate lunch then headed back to school to study for a test. He took his test then went surfing or something to do with swimming and water. He then stayed up until 1:00 am doing homework. The alarm clock went off at 3:45am (time for the stock market) he stayed up until 5:00am and then went back to bed again until 7:00am. I have no idea how he can do that, I need at least 7 hours of sleep! But I came home to find this around 2:00pm.

I knew he had to sleep sometime! He took an hour and a half nap and then went to the beach to surf. I love the picture of David riding his board laying down. He looks so happy!



So after Davids long week of 3 tests 3 days in a row and all his other activities we were excited to have conference! It was a nice weekend of laying on the couch, not getting dressed, and eating. (well David did go surfing Saturday afternoon) But other then that it was very relaxing. We made some yummy crepes!

Our plans for today have changed because I' am making David relax. We were going to go to the beach, then our volleyball game, then Davids water polo club, but I have decided David's body needs some time to recuperate.
So I've noticed this blog is all about what David is doing so I will post one about me soon! Here are some more pictures of what were up to!

HALLOWEEN

I LOVE HALLOWEEN!

For every year that I can remember I have always decorated the house for Halloween. And I always like to do it at the very beginning of the month. I love when October comes! That means Halloween, then Thanksgiving, and then Christmas. So it is time for months of decorating for me! Wahooo!
Today I made these really easy, cute pumpkin lanterns.
I also made these ghosts by tracing my foot! I'm super excited to keep making decorations.



I bought this cute ghost sign at the dollar store. The ghost and bat have lights on them so you can turn it on and they glow at night. How exciting huh? hahaha
David and I really like Halloween. Were still trying to figure out what to be for Halloween though!

I'm sure I will have more decorations to come, and if anyone has some ideas I would love to hear them!

Kimmie and Jeremy!

Kim and Jeremy came to visit us for the week, and we had a lot of fun. I miss not being so close to Kim. Even though we may have hated each other at times growing up, sisters really do become best friends!
We really did have a wonderful week. Kim is a LOST freak! We watched lost, (which by the way David is addicted to now and wants to watch them all) we saw many different areas where they are filming/filmed lost, and Kim took a million pictures of anything that had to do with lost! It was a lot of fun though!
Jeremy who is the funniest person I know was a lot of fun to have for the week. I got to see sides of Jeremy I haven't seen! Lets just say Jeremy is going to be an actor one day!
My all time favorite part of the week is when we went to Pearl Harbor and saw Jeremy's twin brother. We really did see a man that looks just like Jeremy. Kim even held a strangers arm at one point. She thought this man was Jeremy! Well here our some pictures of their trip to Hawaii.

Our Saturday

So our Saturday started out with Hugh arriving at 6:30am. Whenever we get him early in the morning he always falls back asleep with us in our bed. He is such a good baby. Having him sleep with David allows me to get ready for the day. Hugh always has to sleep with his Winnie the Pooh. Hugh woke up so I took him to the kitchen for some breakfast. Later I went back in the room to find David cuddling with Hugh's Pooh bear. I thought it was funny so I took a picture. I woke David up and was like what are you doing with Pooh. He looked groaned and threw the pooh away from him. He said I put it there but I honestly didn't.


Well after Hugh ate breakfast my friend Darcy and I took Hugh around to the yard sales in Laie. We found nothing so we decided to walk to a really yummy place Hukilau Cafe. Well to our surprise it was closed on a Saturday! Hmmmm what to eat? So we went to this little store right next to the cafe. I found David favorite drink there. Yummberry pomegranate sobie. Well this drink comes in a glass container. I buy the drink and grab the bag from the women when all the sudden I feel this incredible pain on my foot. The bag had a hole in it and landed on toe. My toe nail is black and the side of my toe was completely ripped open. Talk about painful. My picture isn't that great but oh well.

So Hugh went home at 11:30am and David,Evan,Darcy,and myself went to Ice Land. Ice Land is an awesome ice skating rink they have here. I forgot how hard ice skating was. But we all caught on quickly. I was even able to drink a nice warm cup of hot cocoa. I have been wanting to do that forever. And well it was freezing in this place. I didn't wear or bring a sweater. But I sure enjoyed the Hot cocoa. We didn't take to many pictures here because well I left my camera in the locker. I didn't know if I was going to fall or not and I didn't want to break it. But this was our fun Saturday. David had a lot more fun then what his face shows in the picture.
