For every year that I can remember I have always decorated the house for Halloween. And I always like to do it at the very beginning of the month. I love when October comes! That means Halloween, then Thanksgiving, and then Christmas. So it is time for months of decorating for me! Wahooo!
Today I made these really easy, cute pumpkin lanterns.
I also made these ghosts by tracing my foot! I'm super excited to keep making decorations.
I bought this cute ghost sign at the dollar store. The ghost and bat have lights on them so you can turn it on and they glow at night. How exciting huh? hahaha
David and I really like Halloween. Were still trying to figure out what to be for Halloween though!
I'm sure I will have more decorations to come, and if anyone has some ideas I would love to hear them!

I don't know if you have any sort of contact with Jennie Leonard (Meyer), but she was telling me that she made these witches brooms out of brown paper bags... they sounded really cute!

I love the ghosts, I have yet to do them with Merrick, boohoo. We've had guest after guest this past week so my kid crafting has been put on hold as Merrick bonds with the grandparents. I wish I could see your super cute apt. and I love the pumpkin decorations. Oh and by the way I can't wait to see you guys, what's the countdown?
It true, we do need to hang out. But as soon as we find time to even breath. =] This semester is a killer; we've barely been home this past week with a huge exam coming up, so we'll definately do something as soon as thats over!!
I always do check out your blog I think it is so fun to see what everyone from Oroville is up to. I am jealous of you and your husband living in Hawaii that is awesome.
Elissa! haha, yeah I think that morph thing is HILARIOUS. It is scary how similar Sam and Kirsten Dunst look alike in that pic.
Okay Halloween is my FAVORITE holiday!!! Sam and I were thinking about having a halloween party but ditched it when we decided our apt. is too small for more than like 4 people, haha. I'm about to bust out my decorations too!
