This blog is for you! My parents told me that you wanted us to post pictures for you everyday while they are here so you can see what we are all doing. So here you go here is a lot of pictures for you and everyone else!

The Past Week and a half!

So for the past 10 days or so we have been on the go! David's parents came to visit us. We were so happy to finally have some family come! We had an amazing time! I took a long nap today to catch up on the many missed hours, David told me it wasn't a nap it was "sleep" because a nap is only for 45 mins to an hour, not 5 hours.



We decorated our apartment! Joyce and I made curtains and pillows, I have a blister on my finger from sewing. Also you may be wondering why David is holding the ice cream scoop. We don't have a hammer so we used the ice cream scoop instead! All David's idea too.





We went horse back riding and played golf at the Arnold Palmer golf course. Well I just enjoyed driving the golf cart. We had so much fun this past 10 days! We were really sad to have them leave! But more friends and family are coming with in the next 2 months so we can't wait!

What David has been up to!

So David surf's every single day! Well it feels like every day to me but its about three days a week. He loves it! I love to watch him surf, for awhile then I get bored. He surf's for about four hours each time he goes out. So after about the first hour I'm ready to go. But it is always exciting when he is done and he comes up to me because he is like a little kid who is just so excited. And he talks at 1000 miles per hour how much fun he had! But he is now getting into spear fishing again! He used to spear fish when he was here three years ago. There are quite a few guys from our apartment complex who spear fish so he goes with them. I went and watched yesterday. Looks way to scary for me. They dive down about 30 feet and look for fish. David was out there for so long he got a bloody nose and didn't even know it. He took off his snorkel/goggles and there was just tons of blood. It was gross. But he had a lot of fun. I told him to shoot a parrot fish for me like the one in the picture, but he didn't get any fish. Oh well. He had fun. His buddy got a parrot fish though, so I did get to see one. It was smaller and red though. But as for that David is loving Hawaii. We plan to get into hiking now. Well I want to, so we'll see how that goes, I don't think David really wants to. (Oh and my camera broke so until I get a new one I will use old pictures or google.)

Happy Father's Day!

In honor of Father's Day I thought I would post this incredibly disgusting picture of my dad and I, that I just found on my computer. This picture is from 2004 I think. We both look so chunky! Must be the 10 extra pounds the camera adds to the picture! hahahaha.

Our place!

This is our new place! We like it. I didn't put up a picture of the living room because well it looks different now. The picture I do have is boring and we spiced it up a bit so when I clean it I will put up a picture of it. This place is pretty small but nice. This summer we will be getting new counter tops and cupboards, a couch, and a new dresser! So that makes me pretty excited. I just hope it happens soon. As you can see our kitchen is kind of ghetto!The funny thing is though if we go to our neighbors apartment their kitchen is better then ours! You would think all the apartments would be the same but no.

Kahona!

This is Kahona, the other little boy that I watch. He is such a cute little boy! I did his hair like that! He is one of the best kids I have watched. For being only one years old he listens so well. When I have Hugh and Kahona I let Kahona walk and I carry Hugh, since Hugh isn't the best at walking yet. But Kahona will walk right by me. He likes to take every ones shoes though. Here in Hawaii you don't wear your shoes inside(well David and I do) but everyone leaves their shoes outside and Kahona likes to take them and put them in the grass, so I always have to remember which shoes go to which apartment.

Funny Hugh(bert)

For those of you who don't know Hugh, I watch him. I have been watching him since he was 5 months. He is now 10 in a half months. He is such a fun little guy. He loves water. He likes when I spray his bottle into his mouth and then squirt him in the face. David likes to call him hughbert,hughberto,and hughberino. We love having him around all the time.
